Scotty and Rachel have created a company that travels throughout the world and educates through travel. I was lucky enough to spend 3 months with Scotty in SE ASIA in 2003, and I have been forever changed. I learned not only about SE ASIA, but experience first hand Scotty's zest for life, his love for Rachel and the world around him. Rachel's sister Emily was living and working for the UN in Haiti with her family when the earthquake happened. A family who continual gives and never asks for anything; now needs your help. Every year we set out with a few or a more than a few goals or things to complete before the year is over. 2010 is no different. We are sketching out our year and our goals/plans for the year ahead. Here is a sneak peek at our goals/plans/adventures for 2010 in no particular order: Get out to New England Paint our basement Take a cooking class Volunteer more Complain less Play at the Beach in FL with friends Annual Katy Trail Trip- test out the new bike See the Cardinals play in St. Louis Laugh Often Learn how to make homemade bread Install fans Road trip with Grandma Neal to visit the Cousins Hang out with our Niece and Nephew Teach again in the Fall Try for a summer trip to Texas Pray more Watch our friend's love unite Get together more often with our close friends Those are a few ideas. 2010 is here! We have been out of high school 10 years in May and AB has been done with undergrad 5 years in May and me with my Master 2 years in May. Does time fly. It was an interesting week for us. Loads of snow and another short work week. We brought in the New Year with our friends Darby and Eric. 3 year running we have been together for Eve New Years. We enjoyed a great meal and then drinks at the local Tavern in town. We have been shoveling a lot of show over the Christmas Holiday and have been watching a lot of movies and T.V. We had a date day on Saturday, which was unplanned and awesome. We bowled 3 games, before we headed of to the movies. We had not been to the movies since July. It was a great day. Jan. is filling up we are off to the 17th century ball this weekend and then at the end of the month we are taking our niece and nephew to 123 Elmo Live- we are very excited!
