Embracing the Future....

7 months brought us bi-lateral ear infections- though Scott still seemed really happy at the doctor's office; weighing in at 18lb 8oz. Not so much at Target waiting for his prescription. A busy weekend ahead. A shower and moving- excited to fly to Dallas next week to visit Sarah and Colin. Busy, Busy....

This past week our friends in AR had their first baby girl Hannah. She is so precious- take a look at the happy family: She was 6lb 5oz. Wishing the new family of three all the love in the world.

The month of October has already turned into a busy month. We booked our Neal Family vacation for June 2012- Playa Del Carmen here we come. Very excited. All we need to do is get Scott Basil a passport. SB has had a cough this week and is growing, growing, growing. He weights 18 lbs and is 6months old. He is enjoying his food and we introduced apples this week and he is loving them. Also he is still enjoying his evening walks around the neighborhood. Take a look: Aaron is off to the Ozarks this weekend for a Bachelor party for our dear friend Chris Wads. SB and I will be spend the weekend with my family in the City. Last Weekend we picked Pumpkins with my sister and momma. We had a great weekend. In two weeks we are getting hardwoods in our house. Yeah!!!! SB is 1/2 a year tomorrow and has found his feet over the last few weeks and is learning how to roll over. Crawling is next. We had a great weekend with Scott's god parents Darby and Eric and their son Cash. Darby is due with her second in Jan. 2012.

Scott Basil enjoyed an afternoon with Anut Lauren and Uncle Andy. Loads of time swinging and trying on his winter/fall gear. Saturday we spent the morning picking Apples in Weston with Scott Basil. We enjoy some great kettle corn, Carmel apples and apple slushy. What a great way to spend the day. Not quite as cool as last September with Ken and Rachel in MASS- but we still had a good time. We also broke the swing out the Cousins, Great Grandma Neal and Aunt Marcia and Uncle Eric got Scott Basil. Check him out: He loves swinging. I think he could swing for hours.
