Embracing the Future....

Mom and Dad left on an airplane to Italy and Spain for 8 days in May and the babies stayed with family. We spent the first half of the trip with the Toma's in Italy and spent couple days in Spain the two of us.We have never both been away from the babies that long. Thanks to our amazing network of people the babies were taken care of. Below are out favorite memories from the amazing trip.

Scott turned 5 and Easter all happened on the same day. We had family down to hunt for eggs, eat cake and blow out candles. I can't believe we have a 5 year old and we are heading to Kindergarten round up in April. I am so proud of our little guy. He is so strong and happy - I think Scott's swim teach summed it up the best this spring. Scott is a ray of sunshine . I am so glad to be his mommy and so glad God entrusted him to us. Swim lessons 2016 Valentines Day  Trains 

We are almost done with a road race a month for a year in April. We will be running a 1/2 marathon to finish off this year of transformation. We have a fun Easter 5K in two weeks and then a run in April. For 2016 our plan is to enjoy our couples trip in May to Italy and then a the heartland 30K in September. We might throw in a few run runs. We are looking forward to a girls destination 1/2 marathon in 2017. Sweetheart Run 5K New Year's Day Run 5K
