Summer 2006

For Liz the month of June was filled with studying. Four days after the honeymoon I started a summer course. Aaron filled his days with work.

July was a little more eventful. We took a trip to St. Louis to visit friends (Brooke and Adam). We went to the local brewery, played board games, and ate a lot of food.

In July, Liz turned 25. Yes I am only 5 years away from thirty. Aaron and I went to a local restaurant called Jardines. There is live jazz music and great food. Here is a picture of us before we left for dinner. We went with Aaron's family. They loved it. Jardines web cite is : www.jardines4jazz.com . If you are ever in Kansas City, it is the place to go for premier Jazz.

In late August before Liz started backto school we went canoeing. We went to the NRO camp ground in Southern, MO. We had a blast, we canoed 8 miles down the Niangua River. Good Times.

Kate Evans Wedding

Oct. 6, 2007 a friend of the family (when I was a young kid) was getting married. The Kate and Caleb were married in the back yard of Kate's parents house. It was a small, beautiful family get together. Aaron and I drove down with my parents. We stopped at local farmers markets, diners and antique shops. It was a good weekend. Lots of laughs in the car.
