Rain and More Rain
It was an rainy eventful weekend:
Went to dinner on Friday for mom's b-day. She is 56 years young. Then I made my way home in the rain to buy paint for our house. I painted for a couple hours, then fell asleep.
A short 8 hours later, with a cup of coffee in hand I started painted our stairway, hallway and formal living space Elusive Blue. After 8 hours of painting to the sound of rain drops, I took a quick 4mile jog and then off to Molly's rents house to meet her new boyfriend Zach. Here is a picture:
Good times and great food, Molly's mom Martha is a great cook. Saw some old faces and caught up all night. Brooke told Molly her good news and I head back home.
I spent Sunday finishing painting, mowed finally and enjoying the US Open. The William sisters are amazing. I woke up this morning to more rain and a very slow commute into work. I slow start to another week.
