The cold is here to stay

For about a week now it has been cold and chilly in KC- plus pouring rain. Gotta love the mid-west. Aaron and I have a packed weekend once again. AB's dad Mikes birthday party is this weekend, so we are celebrating all Fall B-day for the Adults in the family. I have never experienced anything quite like it. Aaron's family loves hanging out together, like all of the time. If I could grab lunch with my sister once a year it would be great. Different strokes for different folks. We then have Neal family picture. Exciting I hope it does not rain, because we are planning to take the picture outside. Maybe this week I will take pictures and upload.
For now Cupcakes and Apple sauce!!

Kate Evans Wedding

Oct. 6, 2007 a friend of the family (when I was a young kid) was getting married. The Kate and Caleb were married in the back yard of Kate's parents house. It was a small, beautiful family get together. Aaron and I drove down with my parents. We stopped at local farmers markets, diners and antique shops. It was a good weekend. Lots of laughs in the car.
