Hermann Wine getaway

Aaron, my parents and I went to Hermann, Missouri last weekend and rocked the small town of Hermann. After a long train ride to Hermann we enjoy a quick dinner and then off to bed. Kent and Matt owners of the b&b (the Captain Wohlt Inn)we stayed in are amazing people and cook a great meal.

Aaron and I were up early for a brisk morning run before breakfast. After breakfast we got ready for the day. We stopped for lunch at a local winery called the Hermannhof. Here is a picture of Aaron and I outside the winery.
Then we made our way up the hill to Stone Hill Winery for a tour and a tasting. Good times.
On Sunday, Aaron and I spent the day wondering around the small town of Hermann, before catching a local play in the afternoon. Winter is here in Missouri to stay for months to come.

Kate Evans Wedding

Oct. 6, 2007 a friend of the family (when I was a young kid) was getting married. The Kate and Caleb were married in the back yard of Kate's parents house. It was a small, beautiful family get together. Aaron and I drove down with my parents. We stopped at local farmers markets, diners and antique shops. It was a good weekend. Lots of laughs in the car.
