We are back from Playa!!!

Aaron and I had an amazing week in Playa Del Carmen- The only hiccup was immigrations in Cancun took 2 1/2 hours. I have traveled all around the world and never waiting 2 1/2 hours to enter a country. Different. The Reef Club we stayed at was about a mile from 5th a main shopping trap for tourists. But a great street to see the city awake in the morning.

We had a lot of 7am , 6:30am morning runs. We relax and enjoyed the 80+ weather and spent most of our time laying on the beach and meeting people our parents age reliving thier youth. Our last full day we went with a tour company for their adventure called Tulum Xtreme; we swam in cenotes, zip-lined, rappeled and visited the Mayan Ruin of Tulum. Amazing we are truly blessed, here are some pictures:

Kate Evans Wedding

Oct. 6, 2007 a friend of the family (when I was a young kid) was getting married. The Kate and Caleb were married in the back yard of Kate's parents house. It was a small, beautiful family get together. Aaron and I drove down with my parents. We stopped at local farmers markets, diners and antique shops. It was a good weekend. Lots of laughs in the car.
