Another Rainy Weekend

This past weekend flew by- I worked orientation on Saturday and then headed home in the late afternoon. Aaron and I watched Loin, Witch and the Wardrobe and then headed off to bed. Sunday- the rain stop for awhile. We were able to get in our 6mile run around the lake. It was really windy. Then we decided we should make rice crisp treats- yummy- then we walked down to Castaways the bar & grill at the lake and went for a drink and ended up having dinner. When did a few drinks and dinner turn into a $50 tab. Crazy! It rained all night and into the morning.

This weekend we are planning to go to an warehouse monthly opening, where there should be a tons of antiques- yeah- plus we might be able to catch my Dad playing a set with his band. Besides that we are going to bike the Katy Trail for a couple days-the 2nd weekend of May.. Good times...

For now- I hope the rain stops... though I love coffee in the rain...

Kate Evans Wedding

Oct. 6, 2007 a friend of the family (when I was a young kid) was getting married. The Kate and Caleb were married in the back yard of Kate's parents house. It was a small, beautiful family get together. Aaron and I drove down with my parents. We stopped at local farmers markets, diners and antique shops. It was a good weekend. Lots of laughs in the car.
