Back from Chicago!!

I spent a 3 day weekend in Chicago, it was great fun. Meghan lives in Lincoln Park area. I was able to see my aunt in Lake Forest on Friday, Saturday we went to a farmers market in the morning. After walking around we went back to Meghan's where Haley cooked amazing food and we enjoyed a late lunch. Then it was off for drinks at the Hancock building and dinner at a lovely Mexican restaurant. Shopping and relaxing on Sunday, plus a got a few runs in through Forest Park and on the Lake Trail. Beautiful views of the Lake. There were so many people out on Saturday morning running I was shocked. When AB and I run at home we only ever see a handful of people. Here are some pictures:

I have a busy weekend ahead of me, with work and hope of painting tonight. I hope everyone is doing well.

Kate Evans Wedding

Oct. 6, 2007 a friend of the family (when I was a young kid) was getting married. The Kate and Caleb were married in the back yard of Kate's parents house. It was a small, beautiful family get together. Aaron and I drove down with my parents. We stopped at local farmers markets, diners and antique shops. It was a good weekend. Lots of laughs in the car.
