A Sun Filled Weekend....

Aaron and I enjoyed a sunny weekend at home. Saturday was spent running earns from dropping off the new bike, recycling center drop off, Costco, Easter lunch with the rent at Cafe Europa, a treat from Upper Crust Pies, to Hyvee for more food, then back home for a great 10k run around the lake. After a great BBQ chicken dinner, we watched a little Lord of the Rings before heading off to sleep.

Sunday was just as full we cleaned and fixed the boat, washing clothes, bleached toilets, painted toe nails, and washing the truck. Also we managed to squeeze in a trail run before the rain started. It was a great night for movies the Sound of Music was on along with another Lord of the Rings. All and all we were spoiled rotten this weekend and are hoping to have the boat ready to take out on the lake next this weekend.

Kate Evans Wedding

Oct. 6, 2007 a friend of the family (when I was a young kid) was getting married. The Kate and Caleb were married in the back yard of Kate's parents house. It was a small, beautiful family get together. Aaron and I drove down with my parents. We stopped at local farmers markets, diners and antique shops. It was a good weekend. Lots of laughs in the car.
