Great adventure
Aaron and I just spent a week in New England. We spent half the time in Amesbury and the surrounding towns north of Boston and the rest the week in Boston. We enjoy a great afternoon at the beach (Plum Island), yummy fresh fruits and veggies from the local farm right outside Ken and Rachel's back door. We enjoy a misty hike, great new eats, and exploring a new place away from home. We had a great time with our friends. I wish I would have taken more pictures.

Then we headed into Boston to enjoy the second half of our adventure. We loved walking down the old streets (Newbury & Beacon Hill). Soaking up all the little bouquet shops and yummy cupcake stores. We even found a chocolate shop. We stayed in Copley Square- the home to Trinity Church and an amazing public library. Our second day we walked the freedom trail and embraced out founding fathers. After 300 stairs to the top of the Bunker Hill monument it was time for lunch. We spent the rest of the day wondering back on the Freedom Trail and enjoying the cobble stone streets and the old world architecture. Monday night we headed to Fenway Park to catch a game and what a good game we caught. 2 home runs back to back and then a grand slam! Go Red Soxs! Our last day we spent enjoy Beacon Hill, lunch in the Library, our last stroll through Boston Commons and then we were home bound. What a great adventure. We continue to be truly blessed day in and out.

Until next time: To Grand Slams and Romantic strolls!!
