Fall with the Littlest people....
What fun it has been watching Louise grow and change over the past few months. Fall is here and we have had a great time watching Scott and Louise grow closer and have a blast together. Running Update
It has been a busy fall- full of road races, teaching and spending time with the family. Here are a few pictures from the last few races. I am signed up to run a New Years Day Run for Jan. A beach get away
We spent a week in FL and it was amazing. It was full of sleep, ocean waves, sand castles, sunsets, long runs on the beach. bike-rides and ice cream. We are truly blessed!!!! What a difference a year makes....
